In the case of cancellations by the customer, the refund of the amount referring to the reservation will be made as follows: 80% refund of the amount for cancellation up to 05 days from the date of departure, with 20% being retained by Uboatt, of which, half will be intended for the Service Provider Owner (vessel owner) and the other half to cover the Uboatt service fee.
For cancellations from 02 to 04 days before the date of departure, 50% of the total amount will be returned to the customer, the other half being retained to cover the service fee provided by Uboatt and the Service Provider Partner (owner of the vessel). There will be no refunds of the amount paid for cancellations less than 02 days from the date of departure.
If the lessee chooses the transfer mode via PIX, paying in two halves and there is a need for cancellation of the tour by the lessee, 50% of the total rent will be refunded, regardless of the date on which the cancellation is requested. The remainder will be retained by Uboatt and 80% of this amount will be transferred to the advertiser owner of the vessel.
There will be no refunds of the amount paid for cancellations less than 02 days from the date of departure.
No partial and/or full refund will be made of the amounts paid for bookings of tours or rental of boat during the periods of New Year's Eve, Carnival and Holidays.
No-show (on the day of boarding) will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation of the service by the Service Provider Partner, the rental amount will be fully refunded to the service user.
In cases of environmental or meteorological problems that imply a risk for the Uboatt user, the service will be canceled and the full rent will be returned to the customer, or, if you prefer, the tour will be rescheduled for another date.

ONLY RENTAL REQUESTS CARRIED OUT TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE DATE REQUIRED FOR TOURS WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF THE OWNER DOES NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR THE DATE REQUIRED, THE RENTAL VALUE WILL BE REFUNDED.
Your request will be processed and answered within 48 working hours.
We recommend that the tour request be made at least seven working days before the requested date.
If the tour is requested in less than five working days, the renter will not be exempt from the cancellation policy.
We emphasize that any damage to the vessel and / or its equipment and crew caused by passengers, as well as other costs related to cleaning, among others, must be treated between the parties (Owner of the vessel and lessee), exempting Uboatt from any responsibility, as indicated and formalized in the Terms of Use available on the platform. Uboatt will not fail to provide necessary data to the parties in cases of this nature.
It is strictly prohibited to consume, possess, manufacture, supply, transport, promote or sell illicit drugs, while the renter or his guests are taking advantage of the boat rental services contracted via the Uboatt platform. If any of the aforementioned cases occurs, the lessee is already responsible for any consequences, civilly and criminally, in accordance with criminal law, exempting the owner and Uboatt from any liability for their actions.
The embarkation and disembarkation schedules of the vessels contracted via the Uboatt platform, and displayed on their announcement pages, will be respected. If the renter is late, the return time will be fulfilled according to the contractor. Any and all schedule adjustments must be previously signaled and agreed between the parties (Owner of the vessel and Lessee), exempting Uboatt from any responsibility in negotiations carried out without the platform.
